HOLIDAY 退货政策:
We are dedicated to helping you create the most festive and cozy home this holiday season. We want to make sure that your holiday online shopping experience is safe and convenient, so we've extended our return policy through the holiday season.

This policy applies to purchases from November 1, 2021 through December 31, 2021. To get a full refund, returns must be received at our warehouse by January 31, 2022. All items must be in their original condition to qualify for a full refund. All other stipulations of our Standard Return Policy including non-returnable items, product specific returns, 等. 应用.

All orders over $100 within the US will automatically receive FREE 航运!

  • We currently offer USPS or UPS Ground shipping at a flat rate of $8 for orders within the continental US.
  • We do offer expedited shipping options. 2nd Day and Next Day Air for $19.00和40美元.00.
  • International Ground 航运 is available for $30
  • Orders over $100 will require a signature confirmation upon delivery.
  • All orders ship Monday-Friday (excluding federal holidays within United States). Please allow for 1-2 business days for orders to be fulfilled, including expedited orders.  Typically, all orders ship same day, but we can not always guarantee.

退货政策

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it back to LA Made within 21 days of your purchase for a full return.

Please return the items in its original condition and reference you order number. If your order number is not included, then we may not be able to process your return.

Please send your items back to the address listed above. We do not cover the cost of shipping.

SECURELY PACK YOUR ITEM(S), INCLUDE ORIGINAL TAGS AND PACKING SLIP

 PLEASE NOTE THAT:

  • All returns must be in original condition- this means unworn, unwashed with attached hangtags & 包装. Items that do no meet these criteria will be denied
  • All "final sale" items & bodysuits cannot be returned.
  • If you purchase the product from an authorized LAmade dealer location/website, please contact the retailer directly
  • It takes about 2-5 business days from the date we receive your returned merchandise for us to process and complete your return and for it to be reflected in your account

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you would like to exchange, please send your items back to the address listed above. Please provide the color/size you would like to exchange for in the notes section of the return center portal. If the size or color is unavailable, you will be refunded to your original payment method.  Please also include your packing slip in the return.
